Background
HELLINIKI MELETITIKI was established in 1983 as Ltd following a merger between two highly experienced consulting bureaus of structural engineers: "Antonoulas & Associates", established in 1969 and "Str. Efstratiadis - G. Tsirimonakis", established in 1972.
After the sudden death of G. Tsirimonakis in August 1993 and the retirement of E. Antonoulas in 2004, the company now comprises of Stratis Efstratiadis, Georgios Poulikarakos, Panos Theodorou, Konstantinos Agelakis, Dimitris Efstratiadis and Helen Efstratiadis. The last four became partners in 2001, when the company became an S.A., with a capital of 300,000 €.
The company is registered at the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning & Public Works for structural design projects (class E-14 units) and with lower units for other design categories. The company is also a member of Hellasco, the Hellenic Association of Consulting Engineers. More than 15 civil engineers, polytechnic engineers and draughtsmen are permanently employed in the company.
Stratis Efstratiadis is the managing director and President of the board of directors.
