Our comapny was chosen by the contracting consortium for the development of 50% of the Structural Design, on a Scheme and Detailed Design level. We also undertook the 100% of the Retaining Design, on a Detailed Design level. The main Design is currently on an initial level, while the Retaining design is to be completed by September.

Aquirement of the"CSI" "ETABS NON-LINEAR" version 9 analysis and design program and the ETABS toolpack, according to the greek regulations ("ETOOLS" version 2.0.2.6). Moreover, 3 more licence keys were purchased for "STATIK-5" of "CUBUS". Upgrading of the "Bentley" and "Research Engineers Int." "STAAD-PRO" program (new 2007 version). Upgrading of our Local Area Network with the purchase of an HP Proliant ML150 G3 server and an HP Gigabit 24-port switch.

OSE S.A. - Variation Design of the alignment of the Iasmos-Polyanthos railroad and the Kompsatos bridge

In addition to the above mentioned contract we completed the Scheme Design of the strengthening of the existing Kompsatos bridge foundations. The latter will be immediately procured, in order to repair the bridge by the completion of the new alignment and the construction of the new Kompsatos bridge.

Within the framework of the relevant contract, we completed the Structural Detailed Designs of the "Othrys tunnel H/M support buildings" and the "Infrastructure works for the New Railway Stop at Aggeies". Submission of the Tender Documents of the "New Railway Station in Ag. Stefanos" and the "New Railway Stop in Thavmakos", whose Detailed Designs had been submitted in January. The Design team for this project is formed by "BETAPLAN S.A." (architectural design) and "AKTER S.A." (E/M design)

Within the framework of the J&P-Avax company technical offer, our company developed the structural tender study for the tendering of the completion contracting for the above mentioned Project. The Study included among others the steel constructions of the entertainment and conference centers, retaining walls at the surrounding area, biological treatment, timber roofs and timber access construction at the Romanos beach. "Helliniki Meletitiki" cooperated with "Takis Gavrilis Design Team" (architectural design) and "E/M Building Designs Ltd" (E/M design).
Technical Chamber of Greece - Elections 2006

The elections of the Technical Chamber of Greece took place on Sunday, 26th of November. Efstratios Efstratiadis, president and managing director of our company, participated at the ENGINEERS PARTY FOR THE TECHNICAL CHAMBER OF GREECE, for the representation of the prefecture of Attica. The party collected 9.1% of the votes, while E. Efstratiadis collected 152 votes (19th among 77 candidates) and was not elected.
Foundation of the Hellenic World, "Hellenic Cosmos" Cultural Center

Our company participated at the tender with the design and build system for the project: "Design and construction of the building complex: Youth Museum, Arts Center, Interactive Media Center, etc. including the surounding areas and the access points".
The Cultural Center of the Foundation, which includes the above mentioned building unit, is constructed on a plot in Elaionas area (on Pireos Str.), that belongs to the Foundation. The "Theatron" and "Tholos" buildings, that form part of a different building unit are under construction. The contracting for the "Research Center" and the "Energy Center", in which our company had participated in October 2006, is under assignment.
Greek Thermal Buses S.A.

Assignment of the preparation of the design and tender documents for the construction of the new depot in Anthousa to a group of consulting offices, for which our company will undertake the structural design.
The project includes the establishments of the new Thermal Buses Depot in Anthousa. It includes sheltered workshops, Inspection Storehouses, car-washes, Offices and open parking spaces. It is constructed mainly of steel and reinforced concrete elements.
15th Concrete Conference in Alexandroupolis

The conference took place on 25-27 October 2006 and was organized by the Greek Concrete Department of the Technical Chamber of Greece in collaboration with the Technical Chamber of Cyprus. Stratis and Dimitris Efstratiadis attended the conference.
The program included matters of behaviour, analysis and designing of the constructions, seismic design, composite materials, pre-seismic control, concrete technology, repair and reinforcement, reinforcing steel, prefabrications, etc.
