NEW FIVE-STOREY OFFICE BUILDING WITH THREE BASEMENTS (FOR PARKING OR OTHER AUXILIARY USES) AT AKADIMIA PLATONOS, ATHENS
Five-storey office building covering a total area of 19,150m², with three undreground parking areas covering a total area of 15,000m².
Reinforced concrete construction. Temporary retaining using the anchored pile method. It should be noted that the Central Council for Modern Monuments rejected the initial design for AKTOR S.A. company, in autumn 2006.
