OFFICE BUILDING IN PALAIO FALIRO, ATTIKI
Multi-storey office building in building square 97 facing 1-B Ag. Anargyron str. AND 58, Zefirou str. (Byway of Syggrou Ave.). The building is going to house the client's shipping company. The particularity of the subsoil and the high water table level of the surrounding area imposed an "inside-the-water" foundation, that would ensure the building's water-tightness.
The construction of 4 basements, together with the developing uplift, imposed the creation of a "heavy" water tight basin and the temporary retaining of the adjacent plots.
The building's structural system is of reinforced concrete with a mixed system, with frames and walls that can withstand the seismic forces.
