PAEDIATRIC AND ONCOLOGICAL HOSPITALS IN THESSALONIKI WITH P.P.P.
These are two of the largest Public and Private Partnership projects in Greece. They will both have up to 400 beds and a 27-year operational period. Our company, along with the architectural and E/M firms, is part of the Technical Advisor team. The latter is a member of a larger joint venture, comprising mainly the Financial advisor, the Legal Advisor and an overseas PPP specialized collaborator. Our scope of work is to prepare the tender documents, in collaboration with the contracting authority, DEPANOM S.A.

- Project State: The project is suspended and might be cancelled, due to the unsuitability of the selected plot, according to the environmental impact design.
