THREE-STOREY HANDCRAFT ENERGY SAVING BUILDING WITH TWO BASEMENTS AT ELEONAS AREA (ATHENS MUNICIPALITY)
The new building is going to house EIKONOTECHNIKI S.A. handcraft company (icons and hagiographies handcraftship). The structural system comprises frames and walls. Due to the excavation depth for the two basements, a Berlin type temporary retaining wall had to be constructed. The modern and functional character of the building contributes to the general effort to upgrade Elaionas area.
