TRANFORMATION OF GROUNDFLOOR PLAN AND ADDITION OF SIX STOREYS AT AN EXISTING SINGLE STOREY BUILDING IN DAFNI, ATTIKI
Former technology single storey building with allowance for more storeys. Modern technologies, together with our regulatory background, forces and enables us to strengthen the existing structural system in order to accomodate the additional storeys.
The chosen design approach included comumn strengthening by sprayed concrete as well as the implant of shear walls that can resist the increased seismic forces.
