TRANSFORMATION OF A BUILDING INTO RESIDENCE AT LEGRAINA, ATTIKI
Extensive alterations of the structural system of a 7,000 m² building (constructed in 1970), for its transformation into a modern 4,000 m² luxurious residence.
Indoor, outdoor swimming pool, underground sports room, etc.
Full seismic retrofit carried out, following the architect's wish to reduce the number of columns.
