THREE-STOREY RESIDENCE IN FILOTHEI, ATTIKI
The building comprises 3 storeys of 210m² each, one basement and roof. The construction is made of reinforced concrete. The earthquake resistance system is mixed (frames plus shear walls). The pitched roof is also made of reinforced concrete, while the foundations is composed of 1 m high strip footings.
