SEVEN-STOREY BUILDING IN PIREOS Str., PETRALONA
This new building, that forms an interesting structural and architectural proposal, since it combines concrete and steel, is going to be erected in Pireos area, in Agathodemonos str., where the storehouse of "ZOUMPOULAKIS" Galleries is now housed. It is a seven-storey building, designed to accomodate "loft" residences, the ground floor being a "soft-storey" used for parking.
The last two storeys are steel with an inclined façade, thus enabling the preparation of an original structural design.
