RESTORATION OF A LISTED BUILDING ON 13 DIONYSOY Str. IN KIFISIA
Strengthening - restoration and addition by extension for a 3-storey listed building in Kifisia Homogenization - single-sided strengthening of the listed masonry walls. Replacement of the floors with cast in situ concrete slabs or composite decks. Monolithic approach to the analysis of all the constructions (existing part and new). Demolition of the old and desogn of a new steel hipped roof, providing at the same time an E/M space as required.
