RESTORATION - STRENGTHENING OF LISTED BUILDING AND ADDITIONS BY EXTENSION IN PSIRI, ATHENS
The building is situated in the 92/65 block, between 2-4 Ag. Asomaton str., 52-54 Sarri str. and 1 Ag. Asomaton Sq. The project includes the restoration of the existing building with one basement, two, two-storey wings (8.20 x 10.30 and 7.50 x 8.40m) with one basement each, are structurally and functionally incorporated. At the internal side of the complex, a vertical communication hub is added, so that the listed building - wings - core form a unified structural system without internal vertical load-bearing elements.
