MAINTENANCE AND STRENGTHENING WORKS AND REPLACEMENT OF FLOORS AT AN EXISTING MANSION IN SIFNOS ISLAND
Transformation of an existing old residence in Apollonia, Sifnos, into a summer house. The architectural design proposed a lot of tranformations that compromised the building's structural and seismic performance. The vertical elements' structural system was composed of natural stone masonry, while the horizontal elements were composed mainly of timber and reinforced concrete (later interventions, veranda additions etc.)
