GREEN AREAS FORMATION, SWIMMING POOLS AND UNDERGROUND PARKING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LYKOVRISI-PEFKI, ATTIKI
The design concerns a building complex to be constructed in Likovrisi-Pefki Municipality, in order to regenerate a 6 acre area . The complex consists of two independent structures I & II. Building I includes a public area, auxiliary facilities and an underground parking station, accomodating 30 vehicles. Structure II includes two outdoor swimming pools (a 12m long for children and a 30m long for adults), reinforced concrete stands and underground area for the auxiliary equipment (heating and pumping equipment, chlorine tank etc). In the surrounding area, a 106-seat open amphitheatre is planned.
