MAKRYGIALOS GRADE SEPARATED JUNCTION
Makrygialos project - grade separated junction design - includes:
- Reinforced concrete bridge of 17m long span. and 40m horizontal width.
Type of strucure: Sandwich Slab with circular gaps.
- High-rise reinforced concrete retaining walls required for the construction of the entrance and exit due to very high fill (12m)
- Pile walls for the retaining of the fill.
The client was he construction contractor (DYNAMIKI S.A.) in collaboration with KARANIKOLAS & PARTNERS Structural Design Office.
