NAVARINO RESORT – ITDA MESSINIAS (PYLOS DEPARTMENT)
Scheme designs was carried out for the superstructure and special foundation system for this hotel and villas complex in Messinia, Peloponisos. The project includes the central north hotel, 46 villas, tennis courts, golf academy, a staff and material, a reception and a client service building, a seaside restaurant, a presidential suite villa, an entrance kiosk, retail areas and various E/M auxiliary structures. Furthermore, several civil works are planned, such as small bridges, a cut & cover, retaining structures e.t.c.
