TYPICAL TOLL STATION FOR EGNATIA ODOS
Project's Description
Egnatia Odos is a 670km long motorway in Northern Greece, stretching from Igoumenitsa, in the Prefecture of Thesprotia, to Kipi in the Prefecture of Evros. For this project, a typical toll station was designed for implementation on several positions along the motorway. The establishment includes a control building and landscaping of the surrounding area, sheltered toll booths and an underground walkway, connecting the administration building to the toll booths. The underground structures will be constructed using reinforced concrete and will support the steel shelter, which covers 10 lanes, as well as the composite administration building.
