Project's Description

The so-called “Liknon” is a complex of 3 buildings of 310 m2 made of reinforced concrete. It consists of a main building, a cellar and a history building. Each of them is structurally independent, featuring planted roofs and stone-clad facades. To meet architectural requirements for column –free areas, the slabs of the main spaces are sandwich-type (ribbed slabs). Furthermore, a lightweight outdoor pergola formed with steel -wire ropes, enclosed in hollow sections has been designed.

The landscape is formed in different levels, interconnected with stairs and ramps, involving more than 400 m length in total of retaining walls. Most of them are made of reinforced concrete, but some are masonry walls
