Project's Description

This high energy efficiency building is intended to house three families. It consists of a basement 800 m2.ground floor, mezzanine, A and B floors with a total area of about 850 m2.The ending on the planted roof has been designed for the use of floor B and extends to a steel pergola of particular aesthetics .Special characteristics of the structural configuration is the architectural requirement for large slab spans (9.50m Χ 10.80m) with an additional restriction for the slab thickness due to free height requirements.

The cantilevers span, of the order of 3.25m to 4.40m, led the structural design to specific framing system in order to minimize elastic and creep deformations.

During excavations we met and depict “territorial cavities” which have been filled up before foundations with concrete of special composition.
