Project's Description

The project consists of a new reinforced concrete building, with a total area of 5000 m2, comprising a basement, Pilotis with ground floor apartments, five above-ground floors, staircase endings in planted roofs and planted roofs. During excavation, temporary shoring of adjacent properties was carried out. The foundation of the building is a raft foundation.
