Project's Description

 The property is located at Gennadiou street. It consists of a basement, ground floor and 6 more floors. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete. Six building permits have been issued in the past. The first four floors were built in 1935, some additions were made in 1951-1952 , while the last two were added in 1972.

Τhe building was renovated according to the new architectural proposal. This was done with the minimum possible influence on the vertical loads, as well as on the configuration of the interior walls, so that a global evaluation and strengthening could is avoided. Indeed, the structural design mainly involved local interventions and additions of secondary steel structures.
