Project's Description

Renovation of a 210 m2 house in Kypseli, Athens. The 1930s building consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. The vertical load-bearing structure is made of unreinforced masonry (natural stone and/or brickwork), while the horizontal system is composed of reinforced concrete ribbed slabs. The architectural proposal included internal and roof interventions. In this context, we designed and supervised various local reinforcements in the existing structure, as well as new roof steel pergolas.
